Sorry to write the review but its only for CVS to improve there customer experience . There was short person on the cashier counter wearing sneakers on 02.11.21 around 8:50 pm. whom I have asked for a help on some Mortin. To my surprise he was directing the things with his feet with casual attitude with hands into his pant pockets.nCVS cannot teach manners to there staff which understandable. Butnat least trains them well on customer experience.

The pharmacy is the worst. My doc refilled a script on the 5th of the month. I received a text message saying you can’t pick it up till the 13th. Called the pharmacy to confirm if I needed to do anything else or can I just show up on the 13th? Was told, no you don’t need to do anything it will ready on the 13th. Show up on the 13th and get told, “oh yea it’s not ready you’ll have to come back tmrw.” Leave the store and get a text message 10 minutes later saying that it’s ready ud83dude44. Like, how are you gonna be this unorganized about people’s medications? Like it’s not a hamburger; I need these pills. Some of the associates are alright, but most of the time I go there I just get met with apathy and brusqueness. All jobs have their difficulties; show some pride for a change.

My son was prescribed doxycycline for a tick bite. The medicine needed to be administered ASAP.nThe prescription was transferred twice before this pharmacy filled it.nFirst, at the Giant pharmacy in Wheaton I waited for 2 hours while the pharmacist there told me the prescription would be issued in 15 minutes. At the end of the whole wait, they admitted not to even have the medicine from the beginning.nThe doctors office had to reissue the prescription to a CVC in Wheaton. That pharmacy also did not have the medicine, but caught it right away and forwarded it to the Colesville CVS.nWhen I came to the Colesville CVS, not even 5 minutes after the prescription was forwarded to them, all I needed to do is give the patient’s name and the pharmacist left everything else, immediately filled the prescription and provided me with the medicine.nReally wonderful experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The worst pharmacy ever lol. Whether you call or go in person it’s a terrible experience. But we need our dope so we put up with it.

CVS must not pay their pharmacy staff enough or over works them, because the service is sad. They are always swamped and only one register open. It’s been getting worse. I handed a script in on a Sunday. It is now the next Thursday and it’s not ready. They told me 30 minutes. An hour has passed and it is not ready. What useless corporation CVS is. They bought everyone up and took over and now have no motivation to be competitive and service customers on a basic level. People think communism is so bad. This is communism. We already have it.
