Dr. Naqvi is great! Caring, smart, thorough and efficient. Front office is always able to find me an appointment when needed. Little wait time to see the doctor during the appointment.

Dr Naqvi is great. She takes her time to listen to you. I like to use medication as last resort, so over the years Dr Naqvi has respected that and she makes delicate suggestions without being pushy and she tries to figure out alternative ways.nIf Dr. Naqvi is running late at times, it’s a good thing because she takes her time with her patients. My family and I have never felt rushed during our appointments.nIf you have trouble getting an appointment, dial 5 for billing - Aftab is the person that handles many things. At the beginning, I was very frustrated because there was a lot of miscommunication with different staff. Then, I realized that Dr. Naqvi has welcome people onto her staff to give them chance and opportunity to work and or medical students, nurses, pa, so they can practice and become better. Some people have moved on and left because couldn’t handle the pressure or for other opportunities. It’s a stressful job dealing with demanding patients, so whoever is working in the doctor’s office has to have a thick skin. These people besides having thick skin, actually show compassion and respect and most of them have gone out of their way to be helpful!nNew employees who had trouble in the past have done their best and have been nice despite of our frustration. They were apologetic and kind, not like in other offices where staff tries to get you off the phone and really doesn’t care if you are upset or frustrated.nAftab has really gone out of his way to make sure all of our concerns have been resolved. He has explained about new staff if I had some miscommunication with them.nKate, is another amazing and carrying person and she goes out of her way as well to resolve your questions, concerns and issues.nYaya has been in the office for many years now and he is exemplary person. He is very detailed with patients and also takes his time to listen and answer any questions, concerns or issues you might have.nI’m very grateful for Dr Naqvi and her staff. I was her patient first, then I brought in my parents, sisters and finally husband to her practice and I have no clue how they keep up with us!!!nLately, I have been calling the office for myself and parents a lot, but the staff is never showing any irritation as other medical offices often do.nnRecently, I shared my experiences at Dr Naqvi’s with someone and they were in shock and disbelief that I found a doctor and staff. Usually, it’s either a good or an ok doctor and horrible staff or vs.nI feel truly blessed because you don’t find the whole package like this in America these days. It’s a multicultural office that welcomes and cares truly about patients.nI can’t write enough about Dr Naqvi and her staff!nAftab, thank you again for all of your help recently!!!!!nnNadia

Dr. Naqvi is a fabulous, caring physician who listens to your needs. I brought my 100 y.o. mom to see her because John Hopkins Community Physicians could not get her blood pressure straightened out. You would think John Hopkins would be the best, but unfortunately, they do not have a gerontologist on staff and do not have the specialized experience that Dr. Naqvi has. She was able to stabilize my mom in two visits. I would not go to anyone else. Very happy customer!!!!!

Waiting 2 weeks for a prescription refill is absurd. I’ve called every other day and keep being told it’s high priority and yet nothing is sent to the pharmacy. They like to play Russian roulette with peoples lives. Not great standard of Care for their patients.
