I want to know why a patient was turned away within her appointment time grace period. Despite pointing this out, the response was “yes, but, can you possibly come back at 3 or reschedule?”. Why did you decide to turn her away despite her being available within the 15 minute grace period (this is after completion of paperwork as well). Susan was our administrative point of contact, for an appointment with practitioner S. Lehrhaupt. We were referred by Carole Hachem, NP. We will inform her how the patient was treated today.nnPlease reach out to me directly as this was a baffling experience to us both.

I saw Sippora as an initial visit to establish care last week and was thoroughly impressed! The front desk and medical assistants were so nice and helpful! Sippora was so kind and I was in and out in no time. It’s rare that you find a provider like this! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Sippora for years as my primary care provider. She really listens and cares, and tries to help, with great knowledge and resources. Though I've never had to wait long for an appointment, I absolutely would, knowing how much time she has given me.nI also have had only positive experiences with the other staff too. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, and their team responds quickly to messages and questions. I never feel rushed though I know they are very busy. I think they are great.

I've seen Sippora for several years now, and leave her office feeling refreshed and focused on my own health. Sippora has a great balance and approach to health care, helping her patients focus on body and mind. I highly recommend Sippora for primary care and for weight loss.

I will be honest I have been seeing Sippora Lehrhaupt for years as my weight loss councilor and physician. Because I trust her so much I have never even met my primary care physician in the group. Mrs. Lehrhaupt has always listen to me. I have had bad luck in the past with physicians referring specialist that were no good. I can say ever specialist Sippora has ever recommended was the best.nBecause Mrs. Lehrhaupt cares so much I have waited over an hour in the waiting room but I know that is because she is really listening to all of her patients.
