I am very sorry that I cannot select 0 stars. Run from this office and doctor. He is very rude, unprofessional and doesn't care about his patinets at all. I called him several times to make an appointment for my son because he had cavities, but he keeps saying that you need to do extra cleaning and pay out of your pocket. I explained to him that we do not want extra cleaning. Yet, he kept saying cleaning first before he could do anything to help my Son. A few days ago my sons teeth started hurting. I again called and asked for help, but he keeps saying to come for an extra cleaning. I said that we just need to fix the problem and not get an extra cleaning and pay from our pocket. He insisted that we get cleaning first, that shows that he does not care about his patients and only cares about giving us the extra cost. 2020 is a hard year for most families, My husband and I do not have a job right now because of the pandemic, but he does not care about the families impacted by Covid 19. I do not reccomend this office. They care more about making money than helping patients. And still my son didn't get any help.

I have been going to Dr. Horng since I was about 6 years old, and I am now 18 years old. He has been a fantastic dentist that has always treated me kindly and calmy throughout these years. I couldn't ask for a better dentistry. :) Highly recommended.

Super pleasant experience with Dr Horng and his staff. Very professional, nice, friendly. Clean environment, peaceful waiting area, nice service, and little gift after all. Strongly suggest to you and your child.

Would give zero but that’s not possible. My 7 yr old had an abscess because of a fall months prior. Came to see him he’s been a dentist of all my kids for about ten years. Unfortunately this was our last because he said he had to pull her tooth out. I signed the consent papers thinking ok she will be ok. They will give her laughing gas she will be ok. Before I had time to say something I saw him not get the gas are zero pain reliever. He said they couldn’t use the gas because of Covid and proceeded to pull not just one tooth but her two front teeth out I almost fainted my daughter was screaming in bad pain. He then says stop it! If you want to go home you need to stop screaming. What really just happened. I felt sick to my stomach my poor child that I allowed this to happen to. This is not ok by any means. They were baby teeth but to pull to teeth out with zero numbing medication gas etc is not at all acceptable. She’s forever traumatized and so I’m I. I’ve herd him being rude to other parents he has never had any compassion for the kids he’s sees but I’m drawing the line. He did this on purpose. This should of been done with more care for my daughter and they could of used the gas. Her teeth weren’t ready to come out. It took about 4 months for the top tooth to come out and it was only one. Please be advised it might have taken years for this to happen but it will eventually happen. I felt he took out anger that we missed an appointment and we were being punished for it. That’s all I can think of on to why he treated my child, like she wasn’t a human being.

Dr. Horng has been absolutely fabulous with our Autistic son.... so patient and kind giving him the best care tailored to his individual needs. Children need to feel comfortable and safe. They need someone who will take the extra time to show they care. My Husband and I found that in Dr. Horng. We appreciate the warmth and kindness received from all the staff members as well.
