From the first time we called people at CJ and was very helpful and warm. My friend whose mother had passed was scared for and listen to a little while and they were comforting. When we had a question and somebody wasn't sure of the answer they told me we call back within an hour or two and they did. Everything was said very clearly and we were help to understand anything we had questions about
I went to an unveiling at Judean Memorial Gardens this past weekend and I could not believe that cemetery staff were playing music so loud it disrupted the concentration at our service. Also, a funeral had just finished and during our service they had machinery banging in the dirt with a complete disregard that another service was in progress.
My family trusted this resting place with our loved one a few years ago and it was a big mistake. The misled me and lied about the arrangements. The business office in particular acts very callous once they have your money. They are skilled manipulators that I would never do business with again.
Everytime I visit my sisters' Monica Lobo Filho Baruch grave, I am so pleased to see how well cared for it is. Your care honours her memory. Thanks!
