Let me start off by saying I NEVER leave reviews anywhere. But I truly have never felt more compelled to write one for the sake of other people. Especially because this is a place where you leave your loved ones. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have absolutely neglected my dads memorial. He passed in April of last year and we have had minimal to no contact with anyone from there unless I reach out. They continue to tell me he is on a wait list. In the beginning they told me they were short staffed due to covid. I understood. But they never sent any email apologizing to their clients for delays. Then they took months to send me an approval image for his memorial that they never order because I didn’t sign!! Which I couldn’t sign because THEY NEVER SENT IT. Then they told me once I paid in full & approved the picture of his stone. I was told I would be in the install list to have his memorial installed. That was in November 2020 . It is now March 30, 2021.... and I just got an email with no context and a picture of his memorial from Tina & Morgan telling me if I approve the picture he will be added to the install list???? They have CLEARLY done nothing throughout almost a year since his passing in April 2020. DO NOT BURY YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.
Yes, the Memorial Park has been using COVID as a reason not to complete the task that I have paid for within a reasonable time. My mom has been buried for a year, I can understand not seeding in summer and they missed fall. I did not want to follow up in winter as it is not reasonable. I have called more than 1 month ago. They said they will follow up with a ticket. Another month has passed by, no seeding of the site. It is very frustrating. Summer is coming soon. Another year, or we have to do it ourselves. Our love one are buried there! Please!
They were very helpful ,I was able to speak to someone and ask for what I wanted . there was no problem with having them mailed it to me ,I would recommend them to anyone they were very professional and helpful.
People are extremely rude and minimum services received. I don't recommend to bury there after you die.
