Great stop. Courteous staff. Very attentive and accurate in explaining and offering amenities. Small selection of eats and treats to choose from. They also have a breakfast menu to choose from that even had freshly made omelets with an array of fillers. That also comes with hash browns and grits as an option. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was amazing! Half of the channels didn't work. Thats the only reason for the 4 star. Which actually happened to me at a double tree in David California last month.

Returning customer. Previously stayed in this hotel before with children. I had really enjoyed the experience and customer service I had received at that time. So I driven 1 hour to stay again because of the experience I had before with my newborn baby and received confirmation of this reservation 2 hours prior. I then arrived , Manager Tammy could not find my reservation, she asked fornMy confirmation # which I then showed her and she still couldn’t find it. I said ok NP. I’ll just still get the room anyway. I had my baby with me and my belongings already out my vehicle.nI asked if she could accommodate the same price since this was not my mistake, she seen the price, the reservation on my phone and email I received from the with confirmation. Tammy then told me she COULDNT and she was the manager. I felt like I was then not wanted at that hotel at all. I’ve been in management for over 10+ years & I know for sure she can accommodate something that wasn’t my mistake. I’m with my newborn who was then crying , my bags and food by myself. Not a good experience. Poor customer servicenNor did she go over anything with me, I asked her where the room was located, She didn’t offer a cookie or anything just handed me my card and sent me on m way. Picture how I felt?

This place looks great, both from the outside and the inside. It feels clean, the setting is inviting, but most importantly the rooms are spacious.

We've used this hotel for annual Christmas parties for years and most recently a celebration of life. They are very responsive to request and make the event stress free because we know they have things prepared.

Been going there for a long time. Very comfortable rooms. I'm visiting family so do not need anything else but the room. A big selling point is the staff. They are unfailingly courteous, efficient and very welcoming. I'll be back.
