My first and second Jeep’s I bought from this dealership, highly recommended. My resent visit was on Saturday , Gerardo was great! Very knowledgeable and polite, he assisted me with choosing my new Jeep, walked me through all options that I have asked for. Definitely will be back to get car for my wife!
Don’t take your car to this car dealership! They char me about $200 dollars for just touching it basically! They told me it had nothing wrong, even though it kept turning off, and they still had the decency to charge me after they told me that. SERIOUSLY, don’t take your car here, unless you want to lose money for just getting your automobile touch.
Just purchased a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid from Carlos and were so impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. He understands all the ins and outs of how the battery and engine work together, not to mention every feature on the car, down to each button and element! In addition, he was friendly, helpful, and attentive. He spent a lot of time with us and never made us feel pressured to purchase today, but provided incentives and discounts available to him. We highly recommend you ask for Carlos when you visit DARCARS. John in financing was friendly and funny, too. It was great doing business with them both!
I have purchased not one but two different vehicles from this dealership, and have had nothing short of a wonderful experience both times. Disclaimer: I have not bought any products from this establishment. I have, however, had several very positive encounters with the general management as an employee at the neighboring business. My concerns about employees snapping up the only parking near our store (not the same lot) did not need to be elevated to the point where I felt like 'that guy' more than necessary. Often, people come in to the store when they're getting their car serviced, and I've heard nothing but good things.nnTL;DR The general group manager did more than he needed to. Good stuff.
