I did not end up buying a car from this dealership, however they were very much part of my buying process. Evan guided me through the information on many cars, did multiple price checks and then ultimately encouraged me to buy elsewhere, when he saw the deal I had found. Now that is customer service, actually having the client’s best interest in mind. Great hire in that associate!
Ask for Evan Waghelstein - he is the best! Very cool and made the whole process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries Rigel as much as possible. Great service, completely non-pushy and very accommodating! That was my experience..nn-Raj

My business purchased a Transit 250 a year ago from Member Car. The van has been great. I highly recommend Member Car. It's an odd little spot but the people are friendly and they have decent inventory. The price was fair and they never pressured us.
I highly recommend MemberCar for both buying or servicing a car. I have gotten my Prius serviced there for the entire time I've had and they are always very friendly and fairly priced. The last week I've worked with their sales team, mainly Tyler, to get a new car for my fiance. He has been extremely helpful to us through the whole process and yesterday we came home with a new Hyundai Sonata which we love for a great price. We briefly met Evan as well who was also very nice. The owner David was awesome as well, super nice and helpful. I highly recommend MemberCar. As other people mentioned they are very honest and not pushy at all.nnP.S. I will also add my parents have been members for years (much longer than me) and also have had nothing but good experiences and good things to say.
