Wow! Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The staff made the entire thing enjoyable from beginning to end. I haven’t received the kind of service I got at Mini of Montgomery anywhere else. I will definitely be going back when it’s time for my teenage son to start driving. Thank you to Matt and everyone else.

I wasn't intending on buying a car until after the pandemic, since I am currently not driving anywhere. Since I had visited the dealership to see if a MINI was indeed what I wanted, Brian has kept in constant communication with me as far as inventory on what I was interested in, despite my hesitation at the time. Well, it just so happened that after receiving an email from him, I decided to check the inventory.....and there it was. Exactly what I had been waiting for. Even though it was already a little late in the day, he agreed to meet with me and we ended up buying the car! Much earlier than anticipated but well worth it. I cannot say enough good things about MINI of Montgomery County. I reached out to their sales team to arrange a meeting and received a quick response from Dennis, who arranged a convenient time for me to view/test drive the vehicles I was interested in. Upon our arrival to the dealership we found the showroom spotless and very stylish. Dennis greeted us and was very knowledgeable during our car buying process. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. I was able to get a very satisfying deal on the car I was interested in and the paperwork process was vey streamlined. While waiting for the car we were greeted and kept informed by various members of management and staff who were all extremely polite and friendly. An exceptional experience.
