Where do I begin?nnThis company is currently selling items they have not paid for. Their vendor has sent more than $3200 worth of merchandise to the location, and has not received payment. The owner has refused to answer phone calls, text messages, emails, or respond to our mailed letters. We are now having to process this claim towards involuntary resolution. As a business owner, I would not do any business with this company, and as an individual, I would find a different gun store.

After my initial review of being completely disappointed with the business, we finally made contact with the owner and set up a time to meet at the store. Overall we had a good experience working with Vadim. He is knowledgeable and likes to talk about the weapons he sells. The biggest take aways are as follows.nnCons:nHours of operation are not true, by appointment only.nVery hit or miss with messaging on social media pages but this is a good method to get his contact information.nnPros:nVery kind and genuine business ownernKnowledgeable about the small details on weapons systemsnNo rushnFamily business and small businessnBlue label Glock armorer.
