Everyone, the receptionist, therapists and manager that I encountered at NovaCare were friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. The exercises and treatments were tailored to my needs and level. They were not overbearing, let me do my exercises at my own pace but always offered guidance when I needed it. I have increased strength and range of motion. I actually looked forward to my appointments because I felt like I was going to the gym with friends. It's the wonderful people that make this place great.

Friendly and competent staff, even the interns. Treatment plan worked and had evolved and improved, given that I had received services from another physical therapy outfit for a similar injury many years ago. Liked the informal atmosphere and Mr. Gandhi's sense of humor. Would recommend without reservation.

Jinesh and his team at NovaCare in Dover are beyond exceptional. They truly go above and beyond in the field of patient care and ensure each and every patient receives a perfectly tailored experience. Jinesh and the crew make you feel like more than a patient but make it a point to build a relationship that has you feeling more like a friend than just a person they have to deal with. They make an effort to learn about your personal life and take a truly vested interest in you as a person. They then take what they learn and build a rehabilitation regiment perfectly suited to you. I would recommend anybody in need of physical therapy to give NovaCare Dover a call and witness what true patient care is like. From the moment you walk in to the last appointment and beyond they will see to it that you get the best care possible and that you always leave with a smile on your face.

Excellent Staff. Very friendly and attentive in making sure I met my therapy goals.Great location in West Dover (Greentree Shopping Center) close to where I work. I also loved that they scheduled consistent days each week (Mon & Wed after work) so it was easy to remember (They also send you an appoitment reminder the day before your therapy session). A big thank you to the Dover staff. My back feels great!
