Dr.Melvin was fantastic with my baby who is just coming home after several months in NICU. He is on both oxygen support , G tube feedings, as well as a full leg cast for club foot. All due to no amnotic fluid from an early rupture. I could not be more happy with her and her care for my special warrior baby!

I'm getting pretty frustrated with their service. Ever since they moved, things have gone downhill in terms of service. I wasn't even notified when they moved, so when I went to my yearly check up, I arrived to an empty building. The last few times I've had to make an appointment for medication checks, they would cancel the day of, saying the doctor or nurse was no longer available. I get that we are in a weird time right now, but canceling appointments so often is just frustrating. I had one appointment pushed back almost 3 months because there wasn't available time slots. Not only that, but the last few times I've called, no one has answered and I had to leave a message. Which is fine, if they had ever called me back. I had an urgent appointment for today, and first thing this morning I got a call because the doctor wasn't available. So now I'm waiting to get a call back because (surprise) they didn't answer when I called. I wasted a whole day off from work for an appointment I may or may not get.

Doctors dont put in the work to help there patients. Been there numerous times just for them to charge my insurance for talking to me they dont do nothing unless you ask them. you're better off to self-diagnose yourself or find another doctor!

I take my Dad here who is elderly and in late stage Alzheimer's disease. There services my Dad has received here in the last 6 years have been outstanding. Based on my experiences bringing my father to other health professionals, they do an excellent job with patients like him. Their new office in Denton was clearly designed with the disabled and non-ambulatory in mind. They listen to and address my concerns. My father has been treated well here and I am a person with very high standards and expectations.
