Mean controlling and uncaring.nI went in for an appointment and was NOT told I had to wear a mask. Okay everybody has a fear, even some unrealistic. I have a Phobia of masks and having my breathing restricted, bad experience from X- husband and his mother a lot of abuse.nI had the whole office and some patients all yelling at me, the whole experience sent me into an anxiety attack I got NOTHING out of that visit.nI felt bullied and I was NOT aloud to express myself.nThe office staff has a very big authority ego and they abuse their 'power.nI will be moving my medical needs somewhere else.

I love my Doctor there but one of the nurses is rude!! I had an EKG done 3 weeks ago and they still havent called the hospital to get a copy. When I asked the nurse why she got rude with me and abruptly hung up. That's twice this nurse has been like that over getting my results on test work.

I hate to give such a low rating however this office is not very good and doesn't keep up with things. Ive had a referral on an EMG about a year ago I have yet to hear from. I had an xray done and tried to get a dr note for my job and was told I couldn't get a dr excuse for my job until the results came back. I called and visited every day for a week and got nothing. I ended up with a bad migraine and went to the ER. They found on a CT scan that I had a possible stroke. I made an appt to see the NP who scheduled an MRI and explained i still needed a dr excuse for my job and finally got it. Apparently the hold that week on getting my results and note was because the nurse was on vacation. I missed a week of work because of that. She told me she was putting in for an MRI. I asked about a follow up incase I didn't hear anything and got an appointment the following Tuesday. I went to the appointment and found out that my MRI was scheduled 2 days later but no one ever called. That Thursday I was told by phone while at a restaurant with my family that I had a brain tumor. Of course that was a tough pill to swallow, in return they said they would be putting a referral to neurosurgery. Tuesday I called neurosurgery to get an idea of appointment wait time being anxious, they say the hadnt recied it. I called the office who assured me they put it through Monday which was 2 business days later. I called back to neuro, they say they still hadn't received the referral and gave me their fax and told me to call my dr office back and have them resubmit the referral. The doctors office resent it which nuero called to let me know they finally got it and would be scheduling me with a particular dr who sees patients on Tuesday and Wednesdays. The next day (Thursday) I got the call saying my appointment is the following Tuesday. Now if I had not called the neuro I would have never of had the referral taken care of. They would have assumed they did their job right and I still would be sitting and waiting. This issue with them not following up could be a life threatening issue for someone, maybe even me. If you use this place please be your own advocate as if you work there and stay up on things. The only reason I feel I need to write this is to prevent someone's life being altered because of jobs not getting done like they should. My NP is nice and kind and has helped me but the staff when it comes to the MOAs are not that great.
