Had to switch dentist because my original dentist moved so we decided to go to Robertson’s. The first appointment was really good it was making the second appointment that was terrible! We received a postcard in April saying to make a 6 month appointment. We call in August and the receptionist said that we would have to go on a waiting list and that it would probably not be until February for an appointment. We called today and she said she called us several times and left messages but we never received them!! And she told us that we would be put back on a waiting list! We have been to the dentist in 7 months and now we have to wait more! They may need to stay open a little bit later if they have a long waiting list! Switching dentist because this is ridiculous!!!!

I have had a life long fear of dentists. I went to his office today for a tooth that should have been pulled a long time ago. It was in terrible shape. Dr. Robertson and his staff were amazing. He was very patient with me and my anxiety. He made sure I was numb, and in spite of the difficulty in getting the tooth to come out. He continued to reassure me and was so extremely patient and gentle. Thank you Dr. Robertson from the bottom of my heart. My fear of dentists isnt gone, but you have earned my trust!!

I have a dry socket and am scared to go back to the dentist who did it and the receptionist at Dr. Robertson's told me he could not even look at me. It hurt my feelings and so I am still in grave pain. I had cash just no chance:(
