This is by far the worst travel agency I have ever used.nThe woman was completely incompetent, rude and ineffective.nI would not recommend using this service to anyone.nWe were denied itineraries for the travelers.nShe seemed surprised we even asked for Itineraries.nThe hotel had many peoples names spelled wrong.nShe used Expedia which anyone could have done, was argumentativenwhen requesting common information. She was computer illiterate.nExtremely unprofessional. Using this service was a nightmare.nI will never use this service ever again and will make certain our entire facility and it'snsubsidiaries knows not to waste their time and money asnthe trouble we have been through so far with Catalyst has beenncostly, timely, irritating and ineffective at best.nStay away and use a travel site or book directly yourself instead of paying thisncrazy woman to be rude to you and waste your time.nWorst service I have ever received from any business of any kind.
