My wife recovered from Covid and cleared by the CDC over 1 month ago but was denied service due to lack of taste symptom still present. Southern Family Dental's policy does not follow the Department of Health's and CDC's recommendation and we have taken our business elsewhere. The dental service was great until this incident.
The staff is excellent in every way. I could not ask for better care for myself or my son's dental needs.
Had a tooth pulled, the doctor was professional and empathetic.
First time back since last year and we felt quite comfortable returning. They are quick and efficient while still taking time to ensure everyone's health and safety. Southern Family Dental doesn't just talk the talk, they walk the walk.
