I just recently started shopping Buckle. I walked by because I saw a shirt in the window and I stopped in to ask about it and let me just say Deztiny (the manager) was a breath of fresh air ! No one in the mall can compare to the naturalness of her customer service! I literally just lost a love one (she had no idea) and she immediately made me forget about with her smile and personality! She is funny !!! She was upbeat and outgoing . I never tried the jeans before and let’s just say , I came in there for a top and I left out with 3 jeans , 2 tops and a pair of shoes .. I also left out with the intention to shop again.

Employees are very helpful. Me and my kids love this store. Prices are high but worth it. You definitely get what you pay for, most of the time. I would 5 stars to the one in the Pecanland Mall in Monroe, LA cause they have amazing customer service

The cashier Hannah was awesome. Made sure we were taken care of and alsonlookednto see if there was more of a product available if we asked.
