Great service need assistance with getting some new undergarments the young lady was working alone I was in no rush. She took care of everyone that came into the area. Very polite when she had to multi-task between each customer. I will be back to shop again.
Dillard's was good, very clean store. My mom went to buy a dress from there. Lizz at customer service was just amazing making sure my mom got her discount and took good care of her.
Petite section does not have much of a selection anymore. The store used to have really nice petite clothes but it's looking like a phase out.
The lady in men's wear was awesome!!!!! She helped us pick out a dress shirt and tie for a wedding we are going to. So helpful. Thank you
The employees were very helpful, in getting my stepdaughter ready for her military ball at Pineville High School. A very special thanks to Mrs. Brown who works in the junior department at Dillard's in Alexandria, Louisiana.
