I love it here been here for a year ... wonderful place to raise kids and a growing family .... neighbors are good , Place is very affordable but some of the neighbors are refusing to pick up animal droppings and it’s pretty annoying to keep stepping on it .... but other than that .... I love this place
Love these apartments. affordable, great staff, quiet community. Anna made moving in a breeze and her and the guys had everything in tip top shape when I moved in. Would highly recommend moving in here!

I have been living here for about 8 months now and I love this property. It's hidden in a neighborhood with not much traffic so it stays very quiet. The property manager Anna has always been very kind and has done alot with the property since I have been here. I used to live here about 5 years ago and it is definitely much better than it used to be. Mike the maintenance guy is great and has fixed every issue I have had with anything in my apartment. If you are looking for a staff that cares about their tenants this is the place to come to. They go above and beyond for everyone here and work their butts off.
Things are a lot better now. My biggest complaint was a woman with a ton of kids in the 13 building letting her kids run crazy and hearing her yelling and screaming all the time. Now that she is gone it is very quiet and peaceful. The new property manager has been here since July and has made a lot of changes for the better to this place. New maintenance that gets the job done and are very friendly. If you are looking for affordable, safe, and quiet....this is the best place!
