I understand that this is a busy practice. I've worked in healthcare for 15+ years. Failure to answer the phone or to return messages, cutting off a patient when they are speaking to you, and the rushed uncaring attitude from the doctor and staff is unacceptable. If there were any other *good* neuro offices located within 100 miles I would take my mother to them instead.

They have greatly added to the clinic. It was a very necessary addition and looks very nice
