Don’t know why he has so many high reviews after a simple mistake made by my uncle who can’t read or write they will not allow him to be seen we waited months for this appointment and he is dealing with serious pain and on top of that I have ptsd and I am going through one of the hardest times of my life these ppl are unreasonable and that is not something you want in a health care specialist I spoke to the head nurse and she was very unsympathetic and not helpful at all my uncle mental didn’t know that he had missed his appointment so how can he be held responsible for that but like that lady said we can find another Doctor and wait another 3 months for an appointment for him to be helped

Not sure why all the high reviews. He spends 30 seconds with you. The nurse, 3 minutes. The workers, besides his nurse, are rude and talk about people in front of clients. And never smile. What’s up with that?nI’ve been to pain management in the past, but couldn’t get the injections as frequently as they wanted me to do, so I dropped them. Now, I found a Dr who has helped me find the right medicine to be on. Seemed ok at first. But, truly doesn’t take the time to listen to what you want. I’ve walked with an aid for 4 years. All I want is to find a solution to getting me back on track to walking without all the pain in my hip and back. Besides surgery! If it takes an extra minute to put our heads together, to find that solution, what harm will that do. Another cash cow Dr it’s starting to feel like :(

Dr Duplantis is an extremely professional and knowledgeable physician. He has me on pain medications and referred me to a neurosurgeon for my L4/L5 because pain medicine just masks the problem. He is empathetic and knows when surgery is needed. His staff is professional and helpful. Highly recommend Dr Duplantis!’

4 stars instead of 5, not any direct fault of his. He was great! Attentive, prompt...,nThe staff at the desk and whomever I've spoken to via internet and phone leave a lot to be desired as far as being courteous and / or compassionate! I even mentioned this to my PCP!nThe sad thing is, I NEVER give reviews! I'm pretty easy going! Sad :(
