The staff was courteous and professional at all times. I don’t normally visit medical facilities just emergency rooms. They were able to help get me back on my feet in no time and were very accommodating with my schedule.

My family and I were staying at Chicot and I started having a terrible sore throat. I showed up at at 8am-never met any of these people before. I left feeling like I had made new friends by the time I left (which was around 8:30). They not only took care of me, they were extremely friendly and helpful. Plus, there’s a pharmacy next door, which is quite convenient. I ended up having strep, which I was given meds for, as well as a shot that helped me get through the rest of our family trip. Thanks to all the staff there-you were wonderful. My husband and three little boys were glad to see their momma feeling better. I could not have walked into a better place that morning.
