What an amazing shopping experience! I walked in for some Miss Me Jeans and needed all the help in the world to get the sizes and fit right and Courtney helped me through the entire process! She really knew her stuff and was incredibly knowledgeable about everything from the sizes and styles to the brand names and more. I hope she gets a raise bc that girl rocks! What a perfect example of quality customer service :) next time you shop at Buckle ask for Courtney :)
Ladies In there helped me find what I wanted even though I didn't know what I wanted. They were awesome
The staff was helpful until I coughed a little cause my throat was dry. I understand the whole COVID thing has people nervous. I’m in no way sick or have any symptoms of COVID. After I came out the dressing room I felt pretty embarrassed and my son felt uncomfortable as well how the staff started acting towards us like we was a contagious disease. I felt rushed to leave the store. I asked the lady what else they had in my size of pants and she quickly handed me a pair and didn’t show me any other pairs. I won’t be shopping at that store again. Worst experience ever.
My number 1 reason for all of my ratings is friendliness of associates. This Lake Charles location of Buckle gets 5 stars because they were so friendly and helpful. The store was also clean, in order and made for a nice peaceful shopping experience.
This store is amazing. Very helpful employees and clothing that always catch your eye. Had to special order a pair of jeans and a jacket. They both arrived timely and just what we wanted.
