They take a looooooooooooong time checking out and there’s always so many difficulties checking out, and it’s really aggravating!! But the store itself is amazing!

Denise did not greet or even acknowledge my existence in this store. She was with a couple checking them out, however she could have easily greeted me. When I asked her a question about the jewelry sale she acted as if I were a nuisance. I get that it’s holiday season right now and things are high stress but it would have been nice to receive at least a smile. I work customer service retail as well and I know it can be tough but there was absolutely no effort upon my visit to make me feel welcomed in the store.

The manager at the Lake Charles, Louisiana store was so helpful to me. I'm not in-the-know of all the anime characters that my teenager likes and the sweet manager was so helpful to me. She was very professional but personal. She didn't act like she was just at any job, that she really cared and wanted to satisfy her customers !
