They have so many high quality products. Their customer service is usually amazing. But the store feels like a maze and it's very claustrophobic.

Stopped in to exchange of Christmas present. The man working in Menswear was very kind and accommodating although item I was attempting to exchange was apparently purchased a while back so he had to call a manager to get approval. Ultimately I wasn't able to get store credit and had to keep the item but I could tell he was trying hard to get approval for the exchange. Unfortunately the manager would not override it even though the tag and d proof of purchase sticker we're still attached.
