I had been experiencing pain in my hip and groin for years. After seeing several doctors and being treated with injections that were only a very temporary fix I found Dr Cascio. I read his prior experience which was impressive and I was glad to know he was dealing with new technologies and not just doing the same thing as other doctors. Dr Cascio performed hip arthroscopy, along with several other minor procedures that he identified once he was performing the procedure. I can tell you that it has been three years so far and I’m still not having that horrible pain and burning in my hip that I had suffered with for years. At that time, I truly thought I was going to have to retire early. This procedure and Dr Cascio have allowed me to continue my career and enjoy life again!! Thanks Dr Cascio!

Best orthopedic surgeon's office experience ever. Dr. Cascio's ENTIRE staff has been supportive, kind, willing to work with me on a difficult case through a difficult time. Dr. Cascio's bedside manner is great. He's always willing to answer questions, explain procedures, reassure us. He is also the ONLY doctor who was willing to try the more conservative surgery approach to try to put off a complete knee replacement for another year or 2. I'd recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic care. If ur drug seeking, don't go to him bc he is only going to prescribe pain meds to ppl who TRULY NEED THEM.

I've been in continuing pain since 2003 (VA ignores me), but at least this office was nice enough to wake me up to tell me that they won't accept my Medicare because I'm under age 65. I thought that they couldn't discriminate against age?
