I was referred to Dr. Crookshank by Dr. Morton after multiple failed attempts at pain relief. I saw Dr. Crookshank, and his team, for a Spinal Cord Stimulator trial. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process! I received 70% pain reduction, and will see Dr. Kelley for the permanent implant. Thank you SO MUCH to Dr. Crookshank, and everyone at Imperial for helping me improve my quality of life!

He did my spinal cord stimulator trial and permanently placed device as well. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He will answer all your questions and make you fell as comfortable as possible. I have seen a couple different doctors about a SCS and he is by far better than the rest! Thanks Dr Crookshank!

Couple of years ago I needed an injection in my si joint. I was nervous about it but he made it a very smooth going procedure and i am needing his help again the pain is back.

I had to get an injection for my SI joint Dr. Crookshank was so nice . He made you feel very comfortable. I will definitely be seeing him for any problems I have with my back.
