Dr. Loewer is a wonderful doctor her cares about his patients. He listens takes his time to explain diagnosis, he even calls and check on his patients from time to time just to make sure his patients doing well. Anyone would be bless to have him as a doctor. I know I'm bless to have him as my doctor

Dr. Loewer is an exceptional physician whose goal is the health and well being of his patients. With his kind demeanor and caring expertise he does what so many other health professionals tend to forget; he takes the time to listen and explain his diagnoses. This coupled with his wonderful bed side manner makes him not only a talented doctor but someone who genuinely cares.
