Schedule an appointment for a cleaning/new patient. When I arrived I was told they don’t do cleanings for new patients only a check up. The ladies up front talk about customers in-front of other customers. When I went to get the X-rays, the lady who did was completely rude to me. Saw the dentist for 5 minutes just for her to look at X-rays. Told me if I wanted to wait to get a cleaning I could. I was there at 7:30Am and wasn’t going to wait all day. One lady applied me for the care credit which she didn’t complete the process, just created the application. So care credit pulled my credit 6 times and now my credit is frozen. They told me I could pay $52 for a cleaning when my insurance has 2 free cleanings a year and we’re only in March so I told her no. I called asking why I was charged $98 when I was told the appointment to see the surgeon was $49 and the oral screen was 30 that equals out to $79 not 98. They said X-rays are free for new patients and told me the surgeon appointment is $68 which would equal out to $98. Then went back and said no X-ray isn’t free if you have insurance which I owed for that to equal out to $98. I requested my money back for the appointment and haven’t received it yet. This location is a joke and loves taking money. I wasn’t the only one in the office questioning about the charges they make and they told the man to sit in another room to wait to speak to someone.

I appreciate the patience and attention to detail. Dr. J took time to explain the entire process needed to help with the sensitivity that I have been feeling in my molars. Got the molars filled a couple years back and had to go back to my dentist at the time multiple times to see why I suddenly developed the sensitivity; I couldn't get it resolved back then. Now I understand what's going on much better and what needs to be done, thanks to the thorough insights recieved here.

My visits at Aspen were great. They ladies at the front desk were so sweet. The hygienist and x-ray lady were the best at talking me through it and making me feel comfortable! My only complaint was the doctor. Dr. Pemberton was rude and very rough. I had a panic attack in the chair before my extraction and she was laughing and making jokes about it. I definitely plan on returning as long as Dr. Pemberton is not there!

Amazingly kind staff, very professional. They see you right on time, diligent handling paperwork. Good at communicating treatment plan and prices. Very friendly. I just got my cleaning done yesterday, Candance the Hygenits is my favorite ud83dude0d

Never been spoke to so disrespectful by a dentist like I was today for treatment I received that didn't workout. The dentist that did the procedure is no longer here and I being seen by another dentist and I was just asking questions and was being told I was being combative. If I was being combative the police would have been here. Sounds like someone is not use to being questioned on their decisions.
