The replacement phone are refurbished and have all come with problems. 1st phone Error for temp to high won't charge . 2nd phone randomly shuts off...I can't get a phone that's dependable from this insurance plan.

Made me jump through hoops for 4 hours and at the end didn't do anything they promised. Rilped me off on my monthly insurance plane. Don't ever go with these clowns.

Not at the actual establishment but online and via phone they suck took 4 weeks to get a shipping label to replace my broken phone cost me more money than the insurance to grab a cheap phone and different plan while waiting and a hell lot more headaches and hassles wouldn't recommend for insurance from them

This is the first and last time I will ever use this insurance. I got a replacement phone after sending my phone in for a cracked screen. It had no other problems. I should've kept the cracked screen. I have this replacement phone that gets hotter than it should, has terrible battery life, keyboard sometimes doesn't work, has awful signal now (I haven't moved service should be the same), and doesn't process when I clear notifications sometimes. For example it will still show I have a text when I have already opened and responded. Now I'm told to do the warranty process I have to trouble shoot my phone before they will send another one . But I have to figure out how to call from a different phone and do that during business hours. Sure let me use company time to do that from a company phone line since I actually have a JOB myself. I'm beyond disappointed with this service. If you're going to send refurbished phones don't send the ones that are junk. Ugh. Seriously never ever again would I waste money. I would rather just have to pay for a new phone.

My phone screen broke and i couldn't unlock it to download my stuff. My phone arrived within a day which was amazing!!! I spent a week trying to get my info off my old phone then as a last resort i went to Verizon for help. The guy at Verizon had me sign into Verizon cloud on the new phone and there was all my stuff!!! Very happy with Asurion and Verizon, they saved my life almost.
