First time getting my own insurance and of course I did have many questions and concerns. Sebastian did an amazing job in answering all of my questions. He thoroughly walked me through the sign up process and was able to keep in touch with me in case of any other questions. Extremely patient and excellent communication made everything easy and painless. I felt no pressure of having to sign up for things I didn’t necessarily need, but did advise on what would be beneficial for me. Thank you again for the help and am looking forward to having my own policy finalized and set up.

Worked with Ashley Housley at the Michael Hovis State Farm Insurance on my home insurance. It was a pleasure working with Ashley, who was very patient and knowledgeable. While State Farm did not have the most flexible policies in terms of being able to flex up or down on certain insured amounts, but overall they offered a very compelling policy in overall price and coverage.nnThis was my first home insurance and I'd highly recommend!

I have had SF for four years and have had all positive experiences. Auto insurance can be a bit confusing but all my questions and concerns Wendi has answered in an informative, professional and friendly manner. She never makes you feel that she's too busy, she returns calls promptly and responds to emails immediately. I can hear her smile through the phone and that can make a difference in retaining or losing customers. So Wendi and everyone at this office keep up the great job you're doing for the community.
