Negotiated a fair deal and was in and out in under an hour. Pleasant experience overall!!nn5/20/20.. Took truck in to have some tires, struts and an alignment done. Worst balance job in history. Called to complain and was told I bought cheap tires. Took truck to a tire shop and they correctly balanced, now everything rides good. I will be going in to the tire shop and have my alignment checked as well. I have zero faith that it was done properly either. Lesson relearned. Go to a specialist for repairs. Leave the dealer alone except for warranty work

We have purchased several vehicles from them over the years ( my daughter purchased a used Escape and husband a 2021 F250 in the last 2 months ) and have loved them all. Richard Price has sold us 3 of those. Their entire staff is top notch. Pricing is always competitive and their service dept is great. They know us by name when we walk in and are always willing to help. Highly recommend to everyone I know.

Over all I was pleased with the experience. The salesman, Max, was helpful without being pushy. The finance guy was easy to deal so I don’t have any complaints. There really wasn’t a five star “wow” factor, but it was a pretty cut and dry deal and it was handled well by the staff.nThe one thing, I purchased the truck and it had one hi beam out. I was told it would be fixed when it came in for detailing and some other work. It was not. I’m sure it was an oversight, and it’s a relatively minor one...but since you asked...I was told it would be handled and it wasn’t. That’s the only issue I had with the whole experience.nnJeff Allen.

My purchase experience could not have gone more smoothly. I bought a 2007 Toyota Tacoma and the purchase was effortless. Raul (salesperson), Todd (sales manager), and all the folks in finance, etc., were easy-going, low-pressure, informative, and helpful. Great customer service!

This was the most complete car-buying experience I’ve ever gone through. Jorge Juarez was exceptional in going over, explaining all the options and demonstrating them in detail. I’ve never met a new-car salesman that was as knowledgeable about the product he was selling. This was the kind of buying experience that I expected. 5 stars for Jorge.
