Got my old Ford Ranger stuck behind my house. It was 130 ft from the road down a steep hill. Called 'triple a'. Two different trucks were dispatched and neither one would take the job. I was told I needed two 30 ft tow straps because it was too far off the road, even though one of the trucks was a 4x4. Called Eastside. They arrived in an hour. There never a question about whether or not it could be done. It was just a matter of deciding the best approach. These guys are the best.
Man can't say enough good things about how these folks run a buisness, and the employees, everyone that helped me today was very courteous, and helpful ,professional and compassionate in a hard situation!! Eastside Towing steals property out of their cars. I pinged a iPhone to this location but couldn’t enter the location due to them being closed on weekends. Searched the car during opening hours and the phone is no where to be found. Civilians must have matching identification to the car to be able to access any particular car. When I asked the OWNER if I could view the security cameras he claimed to not know how to work them. Only his son who was not available at the time. It just doesn’t make sense to he how he wouldn’t know how to run his own business as he also told me that he can’t drive a wrecker. All I know is a phone just doesn’t go missing. I was also threatened leaving the tow yard because I had questions about my property. Claiming I need a police report to view cameras.
I used eastside and have a really good experience. The driver was on time, professional, and knowledgeable
Showed up on time, worked at a good pace, and charged a fair rate. I've seen these guys around town, and finally wound up needing a tow. Picked up on my first phone call, and my truck was being towed not 30 minutes later. I would recommend this to others.
