Finding Stacy Moss and Shelby Cardall to help us was heaven sent. As Stacey walked through the house she knew exactly what was worth putting time and resources into and what was not. With Stacy Moss and Shelby Cardall on our side our job became easier. At times when we just couldn’t get something done they stepped in and helped, like really helped. They are what made the difference in selling our house. If you can get these ladies to help you sell your house don’t hesitate, best decision you will ever make, and worth every penny.

When we made the choice to use Stacy Moss and Shelby Cardall with North Realty llc it was a game changer. I cannot emphasize the value that their experience and knowledge in the Real estate industry brought to the table. Any Realtor can look at past house sales and make fancy charts telling you what the housing market has done in the past but it takes real experience to have the in-depth grasp on the industry like Shelby Cardall and Stacy Moss have. They intuitively were able to give advice in every situation that allowed us to optimize the market to our advantage. Both Stacy and Shelby are very professional with extremely good people skills. They are very hard working, very honest, and very good at their job. The things they did to help us out went well above and beyond what any one could expect out of a Realitor. The decision to us North Realty llc was the single most impactful decision that we made. The most valuable thing we got out of selling our house was finding Stacy Moss and Shelby Cardall, as long as they are around I will never use anyone else as my realitor.
