Best service department I have ever gone to. Excellent customer service. Shawn was my service tech, and I couldn’t be happier with my visit.
We've dealt with Ware a few times and not been impressed but previously we were at a vet clinic in Blairsville GA when an elderly woman's new car, that she had purchased from Ware, would not start. The woman's husband had just passed away and as you can imagine, everything felt like it was coming apart for her. My husband and another gentleman was finally able to get the car started for her. They had called Ware for help but were told Ware would not send out anyone to jump or check her vehicle. They could tow it in but not go jump it. With customer service like that, I am so thankful we didn't buy our new pickup from them.
Always a pleasure and everyone in the service department is very friendly. They will go out of their way to make things work for you.
