It's a headache getting these people on the phone we've done business with them for 2 years now I've been trying to get a quote on a car being we will be purchasing it very soon! I'm not one to complain but how hard is it for someone to answer th dang phone.

I have recently called Southern Harvest to get insurance for my little brother. When I say this was a last minute thing - trust me! Long story short, for the past two days, Mrs. Melissa was by far the best customer service I have ever seen! I called literally 22 minutes before their closing time and Melissa walked me through everything - even down to trying to help me find an ATM well after business hours. Melissa found a local Southern Harvest that would process my payment so that she could finish up the paper work in time before the dealership closed and we couldn’t leave with the car. The customer service is legit amazing and all of the staff try to help you find the most affordable insurance while still being fully covered. Highly recommended! Ask for Mrs. Melissa - she is going to see to it that you get what you’re looking for!!! The office felt small. People kept coming in and not really following social distancing practices (they were posted). The ladies in the office were diligently working. I felt uncomfortable and decided to leave before I was waited on. I ended up getting served through an office in a different town.

Unfortunately there is no way to fix it. I called was told they would call me back with a quote and never heard back so I moved on and found insurance elsewhere with someone who did want my business that day. Thank you and best of luck to the future of your business.
