Nice place to live. Great customer service and they make you feel safe and enjoy living there.
Back from old review, had an issue with the internet which led me to make a review. Customer service helped me fix the issue the next day. Nice apartment for students
Save your money and find another apartment or better yet, rent a house nearby. They try to get as much money as they can out of you. They do not prorate at all so when you are allowed to move in mid-way in August you have to pay for the entire month and vice versa when they tell you that you have to move out mid-way in July. There is also a $1.95 convenience fee whenever you pay them and they won't take checks in person so you're conveniently stuck having to pay them nearly $25 more. When I moved in, my room was poorly touched up so the edges of my walls were a different color than the rest of the wall. Then they charged me $30 after I moved out claiming they had to repaint spots on my walls. There are definitely better places to live in Dahlonega.
Bellamy has been amazing an amazing place to live for the past 3 years or so. I have always felt at home here. KC, Renee, and the rest of the Bellamy crew making living here one of the best decisions I've made during college at the University of North Georgia. You can't go wrong with The Bellamy!
Very professional and welcoming staff. They were willing to find me an apartment on VERY short notice and they made it feel like it was not a problem for them at all. Very student oriented. Always there to help. They try really hard to make it feel like a community and get all the students involved. Always clean, maintenance comes in a timely manner.
