This hotel is located in the perfect spot but the photos and the actual hotel are not an updated and/or accurate match. I chose this hotel for its proximity to UNG campus but my family and I were not able to rest because this is not a family stay over hotel. We left the next day found a much better hotel for the rest of our stay.nThe customer service was great and the showers were hot with strong water pressure. This is the perfect place for someone to stop and shower and possibly get a quick nap on the way to the true destination. It was not worth the price.nGreat customer service and strong hot showers but it is only pit stop but not family destination!
This place was clean and and efficient. We came in at noon with our reservations and they quickly and graciously accommodated us within a half-hour. I would gladly stay here again. Good price too.
If you must lay your head down, then I get it. However, if you are vacationing or staying for more than a few hours then this is just not it. This place really needs work. The bedding is horrible, the bathroom is terrible, and the room smells. My family slept fully clothed for a few hours and left to find another place to stay. The pictures that have been loaded is not what you get in real life. I gave them one star, because I couldn't go any lower. Also, the customer service was not bad. But, totally false advertisement...
The employees are really nice but this place needs some work.nTo begin I recommend starting with getting actual bedding. (Just a thought)
Days Inn Dahlonega gave us a very pleasant experience. COVID-19 restrictions were being taken very seriously. Overall, had a good experience. Would recommend to other travelers visiting the north Georgia area.
