I wouldn’t live there if they paid me. I put in an application with my wife 3 weeks ago, so they avoided me for a week and when I finally talked to them they lost my application. When I sent another set of application for my wife and I they lost my wife’s application, which was in the same email as mine. Then they tell us that we aren’t approved then they lower the price of rent online. So, to recap, we have sufficient funds to pay 3 times our rent yet y’all would rather lower rent and tell us to kick rocks, let alone the maintenance issues.
