Contacted compny several times and made sure all services were identifide to include shipping to two separate storage units near Cleveland GA. Truck arrived and loading and packing began. I reviewed promised services with the leader. The leader balked at all the services promised then stated they did not deliver to Cleveland area. Orders were given by the leader to unload my belongings and stop packing procedures. Eventually leader quit talking to me have tried to contact anyone at the listed Ohio number. Never an answer. I was side tracked by a seperate crisis unrelated to the move all of a sudden the unhelpful hands were gone and all boxes that neatly stacked before their arrival were spread from the garage to the middle of the house blocking passage thru the house very difficult. I was distracted by an electrician I h aszd called by an unrelated problem. When the helping hand crew had left I didn't have an oppurtunity to mahe sure the truck was empty nor see the disaster they had left. I should have gone with my gut feeling somthing was wrong with numerous red flags like payment details. BEWARE. HIRE A RELIABLE TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. Still have not been able to reach company. If I was prone to lying or some other suspicious activity I would not answer my phone.

I needed help rather quickly to unload some heavy pieces of furniture. They were able to come the very next morning

Set up the move on a Thursday night. The application allowed me to propose a time for the following day (it also let me propose a time for the day of for an extra fee). It seemed weird to me that they didn’t have their availability posted on the application or on the little calendar where you select the date and start time. I just had to select the day and time and hope they’d be available. I set it up for Friday the 11th at 3pm. I had to pay a $50 deposit which I was ok with that since money would be deducted from the total cost of the move. After applying, the owner of the company I guess messaged me and asked if I had meant to set it up for that day. I went back and looked at the application and I definitely set it up for the following day, not the day of. So that was weird.nThey asked if we could start at 2 instead of 3 and I agreed.nI asked them if they needed to know what I had to move and they said “not really” and that was also weird. I told them anyway that I have an upright piano and was moving from a second floor apartment with no elevator. No response, but that was fine. I was just letting them know.nNext day, I’m up early to get to my apartment and do a bunch of last minute things before the movers got there. I didn’t expect the movers to be perfectly on time but I did expect to be kept in the loop. By 3, no one was there to help me and I hadn’t gotten a call. I texted the number I have been in contact with the day before, no response. I called, no answer. I wait another hour and still nothing. At this point, I’m getting hungry and I didn’t wanna leave because I didn’t want the movers to show while I was gone. I waited another hour and by this time, it’s 5pm and I hadn’t eaten all day. I went and got food. Came back, ate. Called the company one last time, no answer. Texted them one last time, simply asking if they were coming or if I should go home. I told them even that I would be willing to continue to wait but that I just needed to know what was going on. I’m a very understanding customer and I just wanted to get my stuff moved, honestly. But no response. So they were supposed to be there at 2, which is a time they suggested, I waited four hours and never heard from them and left.nI drove an hour to my house where my bed was still on the floor because I hadn’t been able to move my big furniture. The next morning, I get a text that said “we had an accident yesterday, we will refund your deposit”. And I asked “y’all can’t reschedule?” Like I said, I just wanted to get my stuff moved. But they said they couldn’t reschedule. It’s been 4 days and I still haven’t been refunded so I did file a claim with my bank. I was mostly mad that this company didn’t think it was important to communicate. They also didn’t think it was important to apologize for the inconvenience. They wasted my entire day when they really didn’t have to. They could have taken 2 seconds to respond to a text but they waited till the next day. I starved myself for hours waiting on them when they weren’t even en route. Since they said they couldn’t reschedule after the accident (they didn’t say what happened), I assume they’re done with business. Either they didn’t want to do business with me, needed time to recover from the accident or are done with business. But I don’t know. Regardless tho, I would not recommend this service. Horrible experience. I have since gotten my things moved, thankfully.

They were two hours late. By that point we had loaded the truck ourselves. Asked for a refund, and they said I would get it.. but never did. And now they ignore all of my messages. DO NOT USE.

I tried to cancel my order and they refused to give me my money back but on there website it say refund the deposit back on the website but they don't be wanting to pay it back to you in when I called the man to cancel he hung and n my face and then going to tell me he on another call with another customer so unprofessional. Everyone don't go with this company at all because wen u try to cancel they will take your money . So be careful when you go with this company.
