Best Western Bradbury Inn & Suites

Very clean and nice hotel. Check in was fast. The rooms were very nice and had all the amenities of coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator that I like to use. Internet service was very good. The one recommendation I would make would to try to get a room on the opposite side from the nearby interstate because the traffic noise was pretty constant. You can also fix it by just using some sort of white noise too. Otherwise this hotel is highly recommended.

This place is actually pretty decent all things considered; however, my last few stays (and I’ve stayed here several times in the recent past) have been strange due to finding lady bugs in my rooms (both dead and alive). This is the only hotel wherein I’ve experienced this—it’s very strange.nnAnyway, when it happened the first and second time, I overlooked it. I thought, it’s weird, but not that big of deal since it had only happened once before. However, last night was the last straw for me. I just couldn’t help but think about how much money I was paying to avoid bugs only to find them inside my hotel room—and I don’t care about the friendly reputation of the type of bug, despite what the front desk lady (blonde) suggested when I politely complained to her.nnThe front desk lady who was working during the morning (around 10 a.m.) of Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021, couldn’t care less about my unsatisfactory experiences. Instead, she proceeded to inform me that lady bugs signify good luck and she found some at her house as well. ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f Ummmm, ma’am, I understand some may find the lady bug to be cute and signify good luck but I am not paying $100 to see them in my room, is what I responded. She offered no remorse whatsoever. In fact, her whole tone was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I’m not sure if it’s because she didn’t believe me or she simply didn’t care??? I don’t know. Either way, if shes having trouble believing hotel guests and not capable of empathizing, I’m not sure why she’s working the reception desk at a hotel. ud83eudd14 Yea, last night was my last stay there.

It was not what i expected. Guess i thot would be better. The 2nd shift guest rep needs little more training. 3rd shift, I believe her name was Roxie, was very friendly. Everything was clean.

I really enjoyed it except the breakfast options and the pool being crowded. I really wanted to relax in the jacuzzi but too many people. Overall it was comfortable place.

Older well maintained property. Clean inside and out, comfortable room and bed. Ample well lit parking. Friendly and efficient employees. Excellent grab and go breakfast. Good value. Cracker Barrel easy walk away. Try it. We were very satisfied.
