It's a really simple concept. Do basic very well. They offered a great night's sleep in a clean room. The room was modern and functional, loved features like hooks for bags and automatic window shades. This is the perfect place for a road trip where you arrive late and leave early. I found them at a price point just slightly lower than their sister brand Holiday Inn Express. This location didn't disappoint. Only one small service issue which they rectified.
This is our second time at this hotel. The first time, there was NO hot water for the shower, i mean like it wasn't working at all. The second time we showed up really late and were getting ready for bed and realized the bathroom faucet wouldn't drain. Not only that but the sink plunger wouldn't move up or down and seemed sealed to the sink! It was too late to call for any maintenence, so we used the shower to finish washing our hands and brushing our teeth. I understand that the hotel is still pretty new and that there may be some kinks to work out but come on people. Visit the rooms and check them out and make sure they are ready for use. We've reached out to management (Ms. Patel) but she has not returned our call. I'm not that fussy, but hot water and draining sinks are kind of necessary.
What a great place to stay! It is a great value and you get a sparkling clean, comfortable room. Try it you will not be disappointed.
New and very clean. I was impressed upon entry. Modern style with complimentary 24 hour coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. Mask mandate and social distancing observed. Rooms were exceptionally modern with touch screen curtain controls. Smaller fridge and microwave. The bed was very fluffy and comfortable with a true comforter and soft pillows. Breakfast during the pandemic is the best we have been offered by any hotel. Option of oatmeal, cereal, bagel, muffin, fruit, yogurts and several juices. Upon checkout, we were given a wrapped gift and cooler. Staff was exceptional as was the building.
We loved it. Slept real good. Haven't had a nice sleep in awhile. Very clean. We will visit again. Customer service was awesome as well. Merry Christmas to you all
