That's where we got our 2017 Acadia. Excellent customer service. Also we got our oil changed and tire rotation. Only about an hour wait. Which wasn't to bad. Plus nice waiting area and comfortable seating.
If I could give a zero, I would. I called them 7 months ago to fix a recall on my 2014 escape and was told they would have to order my rear door latches. I've called them three times and also let them know I had straps holding both my rear doors shut. To date they have never called me back. So I called five star Ford in Warner Robin's and they are replacing them this Friday. I wouldn't recommend Brannen Ford to my worst enemy. I dont even know how they stay in business with work ethics like that. Take your business elsewhere.

I can be honest, buying a vehicle from Phil Brannon Ford was the easiest and best pleasure I have ever had buying a Vehicle. Phil Brannon is one upfront and honest Man. My car broke down on my way from Tampa to north Georgia at 4 PM on a Friday. I called Brannen Service Dept and they dispatched their wrecker to pick up my car and I was able to ride with the driver to the service dept ( Aaa won't allow you to ride in the cab). Within 15 minutes the wrecker arrived and in meeting the service manager the first thing he told me was he was there to help. I could not get a rental car from Enterprise and Doc, the service manager went to the owner and they let me drive one of their cars home. What a relief. I was so impressed that I ended up trading the car and bought a new one from the dealership. I've never experience such great service. They definitely turn lemons into lemonade for me and I so appreciate their help.
