Each time we bring our vehicle (mind you not for the same issues. We bought it from a third party so some maintenance was expected) we get quality service, honest recommendations (they don’t try to sale unnecessary services), and a personal touch. We love the service department. Especially Mrs. Terry! They are awesome!
I had a coolant sensor replaced and Brian got me scheduled quickly. From dropping it off to picking it up was an excellent experience! The Hamby Service Departmemt team are very courteous, professional and friendly!

I had already visited several dealers in the area looking for a new truck. After a couple weeks of doing my homework and shopping around I was finally getting aggravated with the games, etc. Then someone told me to check with Hamby.nnGreat experience. No games. Best price around on the truck I wanted and I could tell they were going out of their way to earn my business. I can see how they have so many good reviews. Great Experience with Boris and Lakelsha! I emailed the dealership on a Sunday and received a quick response back from Boris, after texting a bit regarding a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan for my disabled parents I could tell this dealership was honest and very helpful. I drove an hour and a half from Alabama the next day to check out the Vehicle. Boris explained all of the service checks they did on the vehicle and advised of items they repaired which made me feel confident that this dealership was up front and honest! Lakelsha showed me the vehicle and rode with me on a test drive, she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was so helpful, after deciding to purchase vehicle, we were able to work out a great deal and I was out of there within 45 minutes! One of the best experiences at a car dealership! I would highly recommend this dealership.
