The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My car broke down while traveling out of state, I was stranded and very far from home. Jane and her team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.nI would recommend this dealer to anyone, as multiple staff members expressed their concern. I was stuck there for 8 hours.nnMy only grievance is with corporate Kia. The reason my car broke down was an issue with my engine. Turns out there was a recall. Because of this, Kia covered the cost of the repairs. However, they only fronted 30$ a day for a rental, and i ended up having to pay 12$ out of pocket every day until my car was fixed, along with a 50$ deposit, and travel 5 hours back to GA to retrieve my car from SC.nGiven the fact that my car broke down due to a manufacturer error, I do not agree with having to pay over 200$ out of pocket for a rental.nI was LUCKY it got fixed as quickly as it did, originally they quoted me close to 2 months and had that been the case I would have been stuck with a bill I cannot afford.nI’ve tried contacting Kia customer service multiple times and they keep telling me the same thingn“Our system is updating and we will get back to you when it’s done”nFor 2 weeks? And to top that, every customer service rep I tried to speak to came off as extremely short and bothered.nnI will continue to contact Kia until this is corrected.nHowever, the rude service I experienced from calling the customer service Hot line is NO reflection of my experience with Jeff Smith Kia.nEven the gentleman, Coven, who shuttled me to the enterprise rental was extremely friendly and kind spirited.nnThank you Jane, Coven, and the rest of the team at Jeff smith Kia for your help.

The service here was awesome!!! They welcome you with open arms and they even treat you like family! When it comes to choosing a car from here they make sure to help you choose exactly what you are looking for without any hassle. Dominic Williams is a great car salesmen that works here. So if you choose to purchase a car from here be sure to ask for him!

After I did my own research of the Kia Forte GT Line, I knew what I was looking for when I arrived at Jeff Smith Kia. Dominic Willliams had reached out to me and I set up an appointment to meet with him and to test drive the car. The whole sales process with him was so smooth and done without pressure from him or the whole staff. He asked me what I am looking for in the Forte what you didn't already have in my 2016 Kia Forte and went from there. The car he brought around exceeded my expectations and I fell in love with the car once I did the test drive. So, I am now a proud owner of a 2021 Kia Forte GT Line. So if you are looking for a new Kia, ask for Dominic Williams, you will not be disappointed!!

Being a woman, I dread going to car dealerships, my past experiences were not so great but this time was awesome. I was not made to feel invisible. Talking with Anson Booker was like talking with a long lost friend. He did not leave me unattended while waiting for my turn with the finance person, he kept checking to see if I needed anything, even made me fresh pots of coffee. I went just to test drive the KIA Sorento 2021 and it somehow managed to follow me home. This was the best car buying experience for me EVER!! KUDOS!!nUPDATE: My joy was short lived.. After purchasing my 2021 Kia Sorento on 18 Mar 2021, the next day my check engine light came on. Took it in 23 Mar diagnosed with a malfunctioning purge valve which as luck would have it is on back order. As of today, 8 April, it’s still at the service department. I have the title but no vehicle. At least they provided a loaner.
