I selected this company based on the reviews and the fact I like to support local smaller businesses. My experience with the office staff was great. The movers arrived on time, but we did not receive a call and they had to sit while on the hourly clock while we rounded up our 2 dogs and cat to get them in the car before the work could get started. Only 10 minutes, so not too bad. The movers took care with the larger items and I had no issue until they thought they were done and I mentioned all the floor mats were still on the kitchen floor. He scooped them all up at once and threw them in the back of the truck! I was shocked. We just had another set of movers the week before for a long distance move and did not experience this type of behavior.nnWhat really surprised me was finding the driver leaning against his truck, on his phone, smoking a cigarette in our SMOKE FREE community, while we were paying the movers hourly. Not happy. The other person (non-driver) was AWESOME and I would like to recognize him, but I did not get his name.nnPersonally, I would not use this company again, but I do believe they are reputable and it was just luck of the draw regarding the head mover we were assigned.nnEverything else was very professional. As mentioned earlier, the office communications was top notch, quote was pretty accurate (paid for an extra 1/2 hour) and the movers did arrive on time. So, pros and cons, resulting in an average review.

Professional, On time, Hard Working!! Thank you to all the staff at Eddy’s Movers! Maria answered our call and was amazing. The three gentleman who came to our house we’re so professional and very trustworthy. We had to cancel another moving company after two no shows and Eddy’s Movers saved us. They were out the very next day on time and got us moved into our house! I would 100% refer them to anyone!
