I just used this moving company and the service was excellent. All of my furniture was packed securely and all the space in the truck was used effectively. They even safely moved my piano! The gentleman were kind and the experience was pleasant which made moving less stressful. They are reasonably priced and well worth it!

Please READ THIS before making the WORSE DECISION in your life...nThis is my first time ever using a moving company to help me move my furniture and belongings to another apartment. Moving already is very stressful… I have never experienced such a horrible, unprofessional, money thirsty company before.nnMy boyfriends mom found this company and wanted to make it as easy as possible for us to move from Georgia to Florida. She spent already $1600 on this company - which is already a lot. When they came to move our items, they ended up tricking my boyfriend into adding more items and making it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. At the end, we got upcharged to $2100... When we talked to the manager about the situation, he said there was nothing he could do and since they already had our items, we had to pay for the half of the full amount or else we won’t get our items. Not only did I feel very unsafe, I was worried that I would lose my belongings because of this horrible company. It took me seven hours from Georgia to Florida and it took them eight days to arrive to Florida to give me my items..... I had nothing in my apartment and also was sleeping on the floor because did not bring my items for 8 days..nnWhen the movers finally came, they were very unprofessional and rude. Not only did one of them seem like he was high but they had no customer service whatsoever. Before they even agreed to unload our stuff, they made us pay right away first. That was very upsetting because I want to make sure my items were fully there and nothing was damaged before I pay them the full amount. But because it was very late at night when they arrived, we had to just get it over with and pay them upfront first. They started to help us bring all of our furniture and belongings into our new apartment. At the very end, I checked for all the items and saw everything was okay.nWhen they left, we started to unpack everything from the boxes. This morning we just opened our box for our TV and realized our TV was completely smashed… our lamp is broken, along with my shoe rack... I have not cried so much in stress with this big move and it was all because of this moving company... they made the whole experience the worse I could ever image.nnPlease trust me and do not use this company. You will deeply regret it...

Do NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They say they will take the nightmare of moving off your shoulders, ha, they Were the Nightmare on my Shoulders! I needed furniture moved from my dads home to mine, he had passed away and I had to set up a time for siblings to be there to let me in. We set a date and time for movers to come and wrap up the furniture and drive it to Georgia. From Missouri to Georgia! They would call the night before to let us know what time they would be there the next day, Never received one! So J called them the next morning to find out what time and we got the run around (he’s on the other line, he will call you back a couple of times) till I said no, That doesn’t work for me, I need to know what time to tell my brother to be at the house to let us in. So, receptionist hands me off to a supervisor who proceeds to tell me they WON’T be picking up my furniture today it will be tomorrow! I told him that’s NOT going to work for me and tried to explain why and he kept interrupting me with, I signed a contract that gives them a two day leeway and that they were taking that option! Again, I tried to explain why that Won’t work and again he interrupted! See, I was given two choices by my brother when he could come and open up the house to let me in! One was a day that we would be driving in and the other was the day before we drive back!nAnyway, needless to say I was Upset! They told us a day that worked for us and without Even Telling Us, They Changed it!!! He kept interrupting, I Never got to Explain my situation (which really is None of Their Business) and I handed the phone over to J. Because I had, had Enough! He also informed me that we would lose our deposit if we cancel! Talk about Being Upset! My dad passes away, J had a heart attack 2 weeks before this nightmare and My brother only gave me two choices of when he could be there and this Company Changed The Date Without Telling Us! What kind of Business does that, this one does!nNow, a couple hours later we got a call that they Might be able to come the day we needed, they would let us know by Two that afternoon! They Subcontract the work out to movers which, we didn’t know anything about! But, they did come that evening about 6pm and wrapped up furniture and loaded it on to truck! Now, I didn’t have a problem with the length of time that they take to deliver the furniture but, I was nervous and worried that they wouldn’t Deliver it they way they took it and my worst nightmare came True! See, these were irreplaceable antiques. Handed down by generations moved from place to place and NEVER DAMAGED in all those years. But, We hired what we thought to be Professional Movers and They Broke the Leg off of my Grandfathers Antique Table! Don’t ask me How? Because this was a pretty solid leg! But, I truly believe it was on Purpose!

This company was brokered by Connected Van Lines. I’m posting our experience with all companies involved.nMy daughter used this company to move the contents of a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. They are a scam. They tell you one amount and then charge you more on the pickup day. They lie about the delivery time frame. They are unprofessional; whenever you call they get an attitude with you when checking on the status of your shipment. The company is a broker, so they contract your move out to another company. In my daughters case, we found out one company was used to pick up the property, another was used to store it and a different company was used to deliver it. Each company tried to shake us down for more money. Even the contracted companies were shady. One company operated under two different names. We were told the property would be delivered in 5 days. When we called to ask where the property was, we were then told it was actually a 7-10 day window for delivery. When the 10 days passed, we called again and were told they actually had up to 21 days to deliver the property. Mind you none of this was told to us up front and it wasn’t on the contract. When the property was finally going to be delivered we were told they needed another $1000 to deliver because “the truck couldn’t fit in the apartment complex”. This was based on the driver looking at google maps. The complex manager said trucks of that size always deliver to the complex with no problem. We also sent the driver a picture of a semi-truck parked in the complex. He still stated he couldn’t fit and needed $1000 to transfer the property to a smaller truck to deliver the property. It was just a shake down for more money. In addition, they don’t have “professionals” handling your property. They hire individuals from Craigslist to pack up and deliver. They also don’t have a fleet of trucks. They have 1 truck and rent trucks from Ryder for your moves. Once they get your money, they don’t return calls/emails, provide updates on your move, get attitudes, and lie about everything. Connected Van Lines changed the name of their company 3 times in one year. Adam, Rachel and Victoria are useless. The companies they used are American Home Relocations, Oceans Moving, Moving Services, and AJ Pro Logistics. Also, furniture was broken and another family property was in our shipment. We noticed they are putting fake 5 star reviews on goggle and yelp. If you look closely some reviews have the same verbiage but different names. Lastly, they are not rated A+ by BBB, it’s an F!

I had the worst experience with this moving company, let me start by saying Sheri in Florida was very professional and helpful.nnNow as far as the other people I spoke with not even close, Daniella also in Florida was rude and clueless, then I got a call from Ann or Ana in GA and she is a rude POS.nnI originally contracted with Road Runner moving and storage in Miami who I asked if they were brokers and they stated no, then I my contract was given to Ocean.nnI provided road runner with all my details such as my new unit was on the third floor which cost me an extra 150.00, which I paid because that is a standard fee.nnI received a call from Ann the night before my belongings were to be delivery demanding an extra 550.00, 400.00 for a shuttle fee because she stated by looking at an image of my complex a moving truck would not be able to maneuver the area and a shuttle would be needed or my items would not be delivered mind you she is in Georgia I am in Maryland.nnThen she said I had to pay for the extra stairs which I already paid to her broker and she refused to view the contract with the proof of payment, DO NOT USE this company
