When I signed up a few years back the agency was responsive, quick to help. Now - an email goes unanswered for days, simple typos are made on accounts and no one seems to be interested in fixing things.nUnfortunately. Either they're too busy to service their customers, or simply don't care. Either way, not a good trend.

I did the unthinkable. I left USAA to go to Allstate. Not just any Allstate. Sharon McCarty Armstrong. Mind you I have a great driving record. This is the first Agency to actually give me what I deserve based on that record. I felt respected. Thank you
