If I could give this place a 0 I would!! Customer service is horrible they took my money for my renewal and my insurance got cancelled because the insurance company never received the payment! Shaninval use to work there don’t know where she’s at now but the new people suck!! Don’t know how to do their job this is my livelihood I was riding around with no insurance because your employee don’t know how to do her job!! I’m not letting this go I want my money back!!! Unprofessional for sure!! She was yelling on the phone being rude and this was there fault!! Throw the whole building away with the employees!! Kept putting me on hold like me having car insurance was not important never called me back! I will call everyday till I get my money back!! This is what she sent me after I thought I had renewed my insurance she didn’t know what she was doing from the jump I’ve been going through them for 4 years now all of a sudden it’s a problem!!n“Hello this is your super auto agent your payment was successful we ran into some what of a line but I will be emailing your confirmation and documents in a sec” SO WHERES MY MONEY!!! CAUSE YOU DEFINELTY TOOK IT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT

Very lousy customer service,would not help me cancel my policy,insisted i must make a trip to one of their office to physically sign to cancel. From jan9 till 23,i was left hanging as the have no addresses listed except their norcross office,50miles away.Finally called progressive,they resolved it in minutes.

Unprofessional, rude, and ignorant to how to do anything with a policy past taking money. I have been dealing with Stockbridge location. The agent, Jamal, who I started with initially, transferred to another location. I sold a car and after two weeks of phone tag and back and forth trying to remove vehicle from policy, another agent said to call Jamal since he wrote this policy for me maybe he could help me. Jamal was rude, and basically called me a liar. Told me that he didn't know what I was trying to do, but I was going to still owe them money, and that nobody told me to call him because he couldn't help me unless I walked into the store he was at. Then said he was at the Stockbridge location the day before. My policy rates have quadrupled in 6 months. Last renew quote being 1200 for 6 months of basic liability. I will be sure to report to BBB. I would suggest Bulldog Insurance for professionals that offer cheaper rates, that's where I went.

Horrible customer service. They never call back and its impossible to get them on the phone. I typically end up calling progressive myself and now I am being told the policy and quote I signed is incorrect and I owe them more money.
